Pramberger Grand Pianos for sale

The Pramberger name has a remarkable and extensive history which had its beginnings at the home of music: Vienna, Austria. It was in this very city that Joseph Pramberger first began to create his masterpieces in the 1790’s. By the beginning of the 19th Century, Pramberger and his son made their names helping to develop companies like Schweighofer and Pramberger. Traced back to the oldest piano makers in Vienna, the traditions and craftsmanship would only continue to improve through successive years. The modern Pramberger name has its roots in the immigration of its oldest living ancestor Anton Pramberger and his establishment in America. A current subsidiary of Samick Music Instruments, their goal is still to produce the World’s Finest Piano.

The Prambergers have always stressed performance in their designs with no concern for cost. Using both the experience of hundreds of years of design as well as the most advanced knowledge of sound and mechanics, Pramberger designs all of their own instruments. Materials again do not sacrifice quality to satisfy cost. The finest hardwoods are used to form the rim, beams and back posts. All of the equipment inside is made by and with the finest German standards in mind. The rods, strings and hammers are all produced in Germany and exceed all of the musical standards set in place. Renner Blue Label hammers, Diamond Brand tuning pins, Roslau music wire and Bolduc Soundboards are just some of the noteworthy and famous components which make up these creations. The pianos are all completed in the United States and go through strict quality assurance by the most demanding testers to ensure they stand up to even the most challenging of musical trials.
